• Appointment cancellations in less than 24hrs of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the service that you booked. I need at least a 24hr notice so I can rearrange/plan my day accordingly. •You are given a 10 minute grace window to arrive past your appointment time. Depending on how late you arrive I will either charge you a $10 late fee or reschedule you for another day. • I cannot service clients 10 minutes past their appointment time because there are often clients scheduled back to back. I will not perform shortened appointments.
